Adults who can live independently and satisfy the applicable housing criteria may apply. Housing is provided according to fair-housing requirements.

Do I have to be 65 or older?

The fee generally includes a furnished home and bedroom, electricity, water, Wi-Fi, a shared kitchen, common areas, on-site laundry access, and standard utilities. Details are provided before a housing agreement is signed.

Are meals or transportation included?

No. Residents purchase and prepare their own food and arrange their own transportation.

Can I receive home health or another outside service?

How quickly can someone move in?

Timing depends on availability, a completed application, documentation and screening, execution of the housing agreement, and required move-in amounts. An inquiry or referral does not guarantee placement.
