Stability through safe, affordable housing

Live independently, with dignity.

Residents have private or semi-private bedroom accommodations and share the kitchen, living room, dining area, and laundry facilities.

Our goal is to create welcoming homes where everyday people can live affordably, independently, and with dignity.

Housing, not healthcare

AuriCove provides housing accommodations only.

Residents must be capable of living independently. AuriCove does not provide medical or nursing care, medication management, personal care, behavioral-health or substance-use treatment, therapy, case management, meals, or transportation.

Residents independently arrange food, transportation, healthcare, personal assistance, and outside services. Third-party providers are not AuriCove employees unless expressly identified otherwise.

Why shared housing?

More affordable. More accessible. More connected.

A furnished home, utilities, Wi-Fi, common areas, and private or semi-private accommodations can provide an alternative to carrying the full cost of an apartment or house alone.

01

Affordability

Share everyday housing costs without giving up a comfortable furnished home.

02

Stability

Longer-term housing may be available, subject to the housing agreement.

03

Community

Shared spaces offer natural connection while protecting independence and privacy.
